This post will not be for everyone as the reading that I suggest requires a certain amount of commitment and determination to complete. However, for those of you who are interested I sincerely believe that you will be rewarded with concrete examples of why handcrafts – quilting specifically in these two cases – deserves serious and continued consideration, critique, exploration and exhibition.
